ISELET (Inayan Systems Enterprise Law Enforcement Training) was formed to give Law Enforcement professionals the tactical edge in real world combat situations. More specifically each course in the ISELET program was organized to give Law Enforcement and Security Professionals the skills to control both armed and unarmed attacks that they encounter during their duties.

Reactive Baton Defense...

This system (RBD) is an excellent course to any official that carries or is already certified in the basic use of a straight or expandable baton. RBD provides principles and concepts in defending oneself with their own baton from an aggressive blunt weapon attack (such as a pipe, stick, bat, board). RBD is based on natural reactions and reflexes and proven to be functional on the streets. The system is based on sound principles of defense and control. Other aspects such as distancing, positioning and disarming are covered as well.

1. Reactive Baton Defense - General Seminar (3 - 4 hours)

This seminar introduces the participant to the basic concepts and techniques of the Reactive Baton Defense system including principles and concepts in defending oneself with their own baton from an aggressive blunt weapon attack (such as a pipe, stick, bat, board). Focus is on developing a strong foundation in the program through static drills that lead to muscle memory and fluid movement.

5. Reactive Baton Defense - Basic Certification (6 hours)

The RBD Basic Certification course gives the participant the basic concepts and techniques of the Reactive Baton Defense system including principles and concepts in defending oneself with their own baton from an aggressive blunt weapon attack (such as a pipe, stick, bat, board). Focus is on developing a strong foundation in the program through static drills that lead to muscle memory and fluid movement. Disarms are also included. Stress drills are later introduced to get the participant to perform dynamically while under pressure. Certificate of participation is issued with successful completion of this course.

9. Reactive Baton Defense - Instructor Certification (2 days, 14 - 16 hours)
   The RBD Instructor Certification course is designed to give the participant an in-depth hands-on experience and provides principles and concepts in defending oneself with their own baton from an aggressive blunt weapon attack (such as a pipe, stick, bat, board). The first day covers basic concepts, fluid movement and muscle memory. The second day reviews all principals and introduces stress drills that lead to ability to perform under dynamics. Also introduced are key points in teaching the course. This course certifies individuals to conduct the Basic Reactive Baton Defense course. A written and practical examination will be administered in order to qualify for certification as an RBD Instructor.
   

Riot Baton Tactics...

This system (RBT) is specially designed for Law Enforcement special response teams assigned to crowd control or that deal with Jail or Prison riots. The course covers special tactics utilized by a 36” - 40” straight baton. The techniques taught are designed to control and subdue unruly crowds. RBT is based on natural body mechanics and proven to be functional on the streets and in Correctional institutions. The system is based on sound principles of tactics and control. Other aspects such as crowd movement, positioning and disarm reversals are covered as well.

1. Riot Baton Tactics - Basic Certification (4 - 6 hours)

The RBT Basic Certification course gives the team the basic concepts and techniques of the Riot Baton Tactics system. Focus is on developing a strong foundation in the program through static drills that lead to muscle memory and fluid movement. Stress drills are later introduced to get the participants to perform dynamically while under pressure. Certificate of participation is issued with successful completion of this course.
